The Goals

These are my goals that I am setting for myself and the rewards that will hopefully keep me motivated!

Week 1 (Beginning 01/23/2012): Walk, drink 8 glasses of water, portion meals, eat fresh produce at every meal-EVERYDAY! As painful as it is, get a full length mirror and a scale!
Reward: self respect and motivation, sense of accomplishment

Week 2: Above and add an extra exercise 30 min per week

Week 3: Above and add an extra exercise 30 min per week

Week 4: Above and add an extra exercise 30 min per week

First month reward of staying on track: movie date with hubby!

Rewards for each 10 lbs:
1st 10 lbs (228): cut and color hair day!

2nd 10 lbs (218): Manicure

3rd 10 lbs (208): Pedicure

4th 10 lbs (198): <-under 200 lbs! This is a big one for me! Full body massage

5th 10 lbs (188): <-50 lbs in in one year goal! overnighter in STL or Chicago


Additional Goals:
No more PCOS symptoms!
No more blood pressure medication!
A body healthy enough for a pregnancy.
Run a mile without wishing for death!
Own a pair of tall boots without needing an extened calf size!
(I know, this one is superficial. I don't care. :D )
