The Plan

Here is where I will show how I am setting out to achieve my goals.

*Menu and Portion Control:
3 portioned meals
2-3 snacks of fruit or veggies or dairy
Calories: 1,580 - 1,930 per day
Drink 8 8oz glasses of water per day

Exercise:
(At the moment, a gym membership isn't in the budget. All of my workouts will have to be at home.)

EVERYDAY (15 min - 60 min):
Walking: around the neighborhood or treadmill

PICK ONE THREE TIMES A WEEK (30 min):
Exercise Videos: Pilates, Yoga Booty Ballet
Exercise Ball
Wii: Just Dance
Light Wieghts
